I stayed for business purposes for part of my trip and with family for the remainder of my trip in December 2023. My experience was truly exceptional at this hotel. I had read great reviews about TZL but now I can say I got to experience it for myself and can say without a doubt, it was one of the best places I have stayed at throughout my travels. The location is amazing. You are in the heart of Istanbul, but the nice part. You are close enough to shopping centers, cafes, bars, restaurants, attractions and boutiques, but you are not in a place that is loud and full of tourists. The Sisli and Nisantasi area of Istanbul is one of the upscale and nice areas where you truly get to enjoy the beauty of Istanbul. You are close to everything but in a nice and quiet and serene area away from the hustle of it all. I'm a very picky person when it comes to hotels. This place was so nicely and tastefully decorated and it truly felt like home. TZL is very clean and not only met our expectations, but went beyond. It is super comfortable and the staff truly are AMAZING. They really do go over and beyond and completely out of their way to make your stay memorable. Anything you need, you just ask and they will do everything they can to make it happen. It is exceptional that staff members at a hotel care so much about their guests and their experience. There was nothing we asked for that was not dealt with and taken care of within minutes. The breakfast is delicious. Again, the restaurant is clean, staff friendly and variety of food available for breakfast. A really good experience for us all. The wifi worked great for the business part of my trip. I didn't have any issues at all. My overall experience was excellent. The value for money-absolutely worth it. When you put all this together, our experience at TZL was nothing short of amazing. It's the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, the facilities and the location which gave us this experience.

The property was very clean , staff were attentive from the start ! The check in process was smooth , easy and very quick as I was tired . I kindly had a room upgrade to allow me to have more space which I was very grateful for , I wasn’t forgotten about in my staff and was served amazing fruit plate as a good will gesture. The staff are very easy to talk to , room service was rapid , portion size was massive ! . I would definitely stay again as the room was soo clean , bright and lovely .

We spent a whole week in the TZL Suites Hotel and it has gone above and beyond our expectations! The staff is really nice, polite and available; the apartments have all the comforts and they are super modern. I have to say, it really felt like being home. Shoutout to the Restaurant as well, which is located in the same building. They were absolutely polite, they always listened carefully to our demands and provided their services very quickly.

Rooms are big and clean everything is good the internet is ok around 30Mbps they use Ubiquiti so the wifi is good there is wired connection that works perfectly. We were on the top floor which can be a bit noisy since cars don't stop moving in this city :) But you can close the window and use the AC not a problem. You have oven, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, stoves you have few pans you can cook if you want. Great for longer stays.
