Tzl Suites Hotel Nişantaşı

The staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond their regular duties to make our stay enjoyable. Fatine, Ousman and the main behind the bar were really helpful and they greeted us with big smiling faces every morning. They also facilitated our check in by making our room available way earlier than the anticipated check-in time. I love the complimentary fruit and nut platter.

I like this place very much! I feel it like my home! All the people all very polite! There is a very nice park place with a direct entry to the rooms with an elevator and there is a security man too! The reception is very helpful! They made an upgrade to 2 bedrooms appartment with 2 bathrooms! It was so comfortable! The breakfast in restaurant is amazing! Very delicious,with plenty of nice good things, like fresh fruits,vegetables, original honey, nuts, different kinds of cheese and salami, olives, croissants, butter, hot meals, juice and perfect tea! Every morning I feel the real taste of Istanbul! The restaurant is very clean at any time and the people working there are realy very nice and helpful! All the territory is very cozy with a nice christmas tree at the moment with a very romantic decoration! The appartment is with big french windows, modern tv and a huge sofa! The atmoshere is very warm! The woman, who was take care for the appartment is so polite and the cleaning is perfect! You can reach the main street in Nisantasi very easy, Just 5 min from the place! For sure I will recommend this wonderful place to all my friends who wants to visit Istanbul! Thank you dear friends, you made my stay in Istanbul luxurious!!! I feel like a real princess in your place! For sure I will come again, and again, and again...

I loved my stay in this hotel. It was exactly as described on Booking, amazing room that had terrace, A/C, heater, iron, safe, all equipped kitchen and washer. The personal was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was delicious, it had terrace as well with a city view. I loved the area. I travelled alone so it was important for me to stay in the safe place where I can walk alone and it surely was. The neighborhood is very calm, you can walk to the avenue with stores for shopping or go to a cafeteria. Supermarket was like 10 min walk as well.

TZL suites is a fantastic hotel in a great location un Nişantaşı. A quick 5 minute walk and you are in the heart of Nişantaşı where you will find several restaurants and cafes, a shopping centre and a street where you will find every designer label. Hotel is extremely clean, rooms were superb so spacious and well kept. Breakfast was ok, could definitely improve. Staff in general were all very friendly and welcoming, except for the reception staff doing check in and check out. Both were very cold, barely said a word other than hello and goodbye. If you are front of house greeting your customers I’d recommend a more welcoming approach.

I stayed for business purposes for part of my trip and with family for the remainder of my trip in December 2023. My experience was truly exceptional at this hotel. I had read great reviews about TZL but now I can say I got to experience it for myself and can say without a doubt, it was one of the best places I have stayed at throughout my travels. The location is amazing. You are in the heart of Istanbul, but the nice part. You are close enough to shopping centers, cafes, bars, restaurants, attractions and boutiques, but you are not in a place that is loud and full of tourists. The Sisli and Nisantasi area of Istanbul is one of the upscale and nice areas where you truly get to enjoy the beauty of Istanbul. You are close to everything but in a nice and quiet and serene area away from the hustle of it all. I'm a very picky person when it comes to hotels. This place was so nicely and tastefully decorated and it truly felt like home. TZL is very clean and not only met our expectations, but went beyond. It is super comfortable and the staff truly are AMAZING. They really do go over and beyond and completely out of their way to make your stay memorable. Anything you need, you just ask and they will do everything they can to make it happen. It is exceptional that staff members at a hotel care so much about their guests and their experience. There was nothing we asked for that was not dealt with and taken care of within minutes. The breakfast is delicious. Again, the restaurant is clean, staff friendly and variety of food available for breakfast. A really good experience for us all. The wifi worked great for the business part of my trip. I didn't have any issues at all. My overall experience was excellent. The value for money-absolutely worth it. When you put all this together, our experience at TZL was nothing short of amazing. It's the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, the facilities and the location which gave us this experience.
